Your foundation stays dry. Water flows where it’s supposed to go—away from your walkways, gardens, and basement walls.
That’s what happens when gutters are installed correctly the first time. No pooling around your foundation. No ice dams forming above your doorways in January. No water stains creeping down your siding after every rainstorm.
Brentwood gets hit with everything—heavy spring rains, summer humidity, fall leaf loads, and brutal winter ice. Your gutters either handle it or they don’t. When they don’t, you’re looking at foundation cracks, basement moisture, eroded landscaping, and rotted fascia boards.
Seamless gutters eliminate the weak points where leaks start. They’re custom-fit to your roofline, so water moves efficiently from downspout to drainage—not into your crawl space. You’re not climbing ladders every October. You’re not dealing with sagging sections by year two.
We’ve been serving Massachusetts and New Hampshire homeowners for over a decade. We’re licensed, insured, and Owens Corning certified—which means we meet strict requirements that most contractors don’t.
Our workmanship warranty covers five years. Industry standard is one. We extend it because we don’t cut corners on installation, even when it costs us more.
Brentwood homeowners deal with the same weather extremes we see across the North Shore—wet springs, ice-loaded winters, debris-heavy falls. We size downspouts correctly. We pitch gutters for proper drainage. We secure them so they don’t pull away when snow piles up. The details matter, and we handle them without you having to ask.
First, we assess your roofline and drainage needs. Not every home needs the same gutter size or downspout placement. We measure everything and identify where water currently causes problems.
Then we fabricate seamless gutters on-site to your exact specifications. No pre-cut sections that leak at the seams. Everything is custom-fit to your home’s dimensions.
Installation typically takes one day. We remove old gutters if needed, install new seamless sections, secure all hangers properly, and position downspouts to direct water away from your foundation. We test water flow before we leave.
After installation, you get a five-year workmanship warranty. If something isn’t right, we come back and fix it. Most gutter jobs don’t need follow-up because we do it right the first time, but the warranty is there regardless.

Seamless aluminum gutters, custom-fabricated to your home’s measurements. Properly sized downspouts that actually move water volume during heavy rain. Secure mounting that won’t sag under snow load.
We also install gutter guards if you want them. They keep leaves and pine needles out, which matters in Brentwood where fall debris clogs gutters fast. You still need to check them occasionally, but you’re not up on a ladder every month.
New England weather is tough on exterior systems. Wet leaves in fall. Ice expansion in winter. Pollen and tree debris in spring. Your gutters face all of it. We account for seasonal extremes when we install—proper pitch for drainage, reinforced hangers for ice load, sealed end caps that don’t pop off.
Most gutter problems come from poor installation, not poor materials. When gutters are pitched wrong, water pools and backs up. When hangers are spaced too far apart, sections sag. When downspouts dump water right next to your foundation, you get basement moisture. We handle these details because they determine whether your system works or fails.
Cost depends on your home’s size, roofline complexity, and how many downspouts you need. Most installations for single-family homes in Brentwood range between $1,200 and $3,500.
Seamless gutters cost more upfront than sectional gutters, but they last longer and don’t leak at the seams. If you’re adding gutter guards, that increases the total. Same if we’re removing old gutters or repairing fascia boards before installation.
We give you an exact price after measuring your home. No estimates that change later. You know what you’re paying before we start.
Most installations take one day. We show up, remove old gutters if needed, fabricate and install new seamless sections, position downspouts, and test everything before we leave.
Larger homes or complex rooflines might take longer. If we’re also installing gutter guards or repairing fascia damage, add time for that. But the actual gutter installation itself is typically done in a day.
You don’t need to be home the whole time, but someone should be there when we start and finish. We clean up the job site completely—no debris left in your yard or driveway.
Seamless gutters eliminate the seams where sectional gutters leak, sag, and fail. Every joint in a sectional system is a weak point. Over time, those joints separate, especially when ice expands inside the gutter.
Sectional gutters are cheaper upfront. But you’ll replace them sooner, and you’ll deal with leaks in the meantime. Water dripping behind the gutter rots your fascia boards. Water overflowing at the seams defeats the whole purpose of having gutters.
Seamless gutters are custom-fabricated on-site to your exact measurements. No seams except at inside and outside corners. They handle New Hampshire winters better, last longer, and actually protect your foundation the way gutters are supposed to.
Most homes in Brentwood need 5-inch or 6-inch gutters. The right size depends on your roof’s square footage, pitch, and how much rain volume flows off during storms.
Undersized gutters overflow during heavy rain, which is common here in spring and fall. Oversized gutters cost more and look bulky, but sometimes they’re necessary for steep roofs or large surface areas.
We calculate the right size when we assess your home. It’s based on your roof’s drainage area and local rainfall intensity. You don’t want gutters that overflow every time it rains hard, and you don’t want to pay for bigger gutters than you need.
If you have trees near your house, gutter guards reduce how often you’re cleaning out leaves and debris. They don’t eliminate maintenance completely, but they help.
Brentwood has plenty of mature trees. Pine needles, oak leaves, and maple seeds all end up in gutters. Without guards, you’re cleaning them out multiple times a year—or paying someone to do it. With guards, debris mostly stays out and water flows through.
Not every home needs them. If you don’t have overhanging branches, you might be fine without guards. But if you’re already installing new gutters, it’s the easiest time to add them. We install them at the same time so everything is done in one visit.
Water should flow toward downspouts without pooling. Gutters should be pitched slightly—about a quarter inch for every 10 feet—so water doesn’t sit stagnant.
After a rainstorm, check for standing water in your gutters. Check around your foundation for pooling or erosion. Look at the gutter hangers—they should be secure and evenly spaced, not sagging or pulling away from the fascia.
If water overflows during moderate rain, your gutters are either undersized, pitched wrong, or clogged. If sections sag, the hangers weren’t installed correctly. If you see water behind the gutter, it’s not sealed properly or the fascia is rotted. These are all installation issues, not material issues—and they’re all preventable when the job is done right from the start.
